5-3-1 Flexible Commission Program

  • 5% commission split with the buyer's agent if the listing is sold through the MLS.
  • 3% commission if Team LAKE Real Estate finds the buyer and acts as a limited agent.
  • 1% commission if the seller finds the buyer, Team LAKE will see the deal through as a limited agent.

We have the program that all sellers want: no long term obligations, fair commissions and the opportunity to find your own buyer.

 

How much can our 5-3-1 Flexible Commission Program put back in your pocket?

Our 5-3-1 Program compared to a 6% commission: 

  • 5%: If your home sells for $300,000 you will put $3,000 back in your pocket when we split with the buyer's agent.
  • 3%: If your home sells for $300,000 you will put $9,000 back in your pocket when we find the buyer and act as the limited agent.
  • 1%: If your home sells for $300,000, you find the buyer and Team LAKE sees the deal through for you, you will put $15,000 back in your pocket..

 

As your agents we will:

  • Assist with obtaining offers, help you in negotiating the best deal and see you through the closing. All listings are co-listed with Brian and Ray (Team LAKE), who have over 15 years of experience. Brian and Ray have the sales and contract experience you want and need. 
  • Complete a comparative market analysis that will compare your home's value to that of your neighbor's. This will help with pricing the home to sell!
  • List your property on the Wasatch Front  and Park City MLS's. It is critical to have your listing on both sites since 90% of home sales come from an agent with a cooperating Broker.
  • Place a yard sign on your property and keep the flyer box full of professional brochures.
  • Create a professional virtual tour and place it on all the top real estate Websites through Home Zone Media.
