 Brian Lake

Brian Lake is the owner and principal broker of Lake Real Estate, and along with Ray Lanoy makes up Team LAKE Real Estate. 

Brian came to Utah in 1991 to train as an athlete on the US Ski Team. He competed on the World Cup circuit for several years moved on to coaching for the Team, including two Olympic Teams. Brian brings his drive and competitive spirit to his real estate company.

• Has been involved in high-end development in the Park City area and has sold homes in all price ranges up to $5,000,000. 

• Managed a brokerage in Heber City with over 20 agents that he was responsible for recruiting, training and supervising.

Ray Lanoy

Ray has lived in the Heber Valley for 18 years, specializing in real estate and securities investing. Ray has made a living over the years by knowing what to invest in and when. Ray loves being a real estate agent and helping others make the right decisions.
